Excellent option to go in a group
I love Bariloche and would always return to this hotel. Besides they attend well and with professionalism. Thanks for everything.

Fine for a night
We booking the M383 hotel because we didn't arrive in Bariloche until quite late in the evening & didn't see the point in spending a fortune to stay somewhere more expensive for the first night (since we were going to Llao Llao the next day, which was already taking quite a chunk out of our budget).
For us it ticked all the boxes because it was on the main Mitre street, there are places nearby to eat, change money etc and there is also parking available nearby (£20ish for 24 hours).
The room is reasonably modern, but don't expect luxury (which we weren't anyway!), but our only real complaint is that it is very small. There is not really any room at all to unpack (just some shelf space next to the bed & some hangers). The bathroom is also very small, but for one night we didn't mind. I think to be honest we would have struggled if we were staying for more than one night though.
Breakfast is extra & served on the 2nd floor, but we just went to McDonald's down the road for breakfast.
The staff seemed friendly enough as well, so no complaints there either.

You need a feminine look to improve this hotel
There's no mattress to support your suitcase, so you have to open it on the floor, which is ridiculous.
In the bathroom there is no closet or countertop for spoiler which forces you to put the necessary in the bidet.Which is ridiculous.Lack hooks to penetrate bags.

Disgusting.
We booked a double room which was not like the picture we had been sent. Mini size and very hot (considering we went in the middle of winter). I don't know there could be or was there room for bags and belongings. No placard!!! No light tables!!! A little window with a horrible view on the side of the building. When requesting maintenance help with the heating, it did so in very bad ways.
We made the claim and the receptionist who was on the afternoon shift; not only did she not solve the problem but she promised things that did not happen. They were going to move us to a larger room overlooking the street; the next day; but they were not. Only after two days we were changed (because of our insistence) the room although it was quadruple; it was worse than the first... There were no light tables or closets. The windows had bars and also faced the front; there were bottles and dirt thrown away; a shame. And an unbearable noise that could not sleep. One of the windows was broken. The walls with moisture. There was not even to hang the towel in the bathroom. A mess. We reclaimed and got no ball. One day we warned that we didn't want housekeeping and they came in the same.
Breakfast left much to be desired; every day the same. On the ground floor of the reception; there was always a horrible smell. It only has an elevator to go up to the rooms that only two people enter.
In the morning and evening the doors were heard; the voices of the passengers as well as the employees. Impossible to rest! They looked like paper walls...
I would never come back!!!
