Great hotel
We came with my son as part of a sports competition. Great welcome despite our late arrival. Very pleasant room, quiet, well equipped and well decorated. Breakfast is served from 6 a.m. with very good products.

Basic hotel rooms.
Air-condition, Wi-Fi, Hair dryer and Safety box in the room.
Free parking for cars, no need to book in advance.
Poor breakfast, not much to choose from and the staff is not refilling fast enough before it gets empty, only good thing is the fresh orange juice machine.
No refrigerator and no free water bottles in the room.
Staff doesn't speak english.
It's a basic hotel for taekwondo guests that have their tournaments 15min drive from the hotel, as it's nothing around the hotel when walking.

It's true that the week-end you came, we also welcomed Taekwondo European competition, so we had many people at the same time. Disappointing but pleasant all the same because very quiet
A hostess (small glasses) unpleasant to the possible. No smiling, no compassion for customers. We had booked a room with 3 beds but after her we had to specify that we had to open both for children... logical or not??!! The logic would be that both are open and if not used and so be it. But the problem is that she stays on her positions and maintains 3 times in a row basically that it is not their fault and that if there are 2 children, no need for another bed. Then get rid of the second sofa bed in that case. Too bad because the young man (blonde) was very friendly on our arrival.
Anyway... not interesting this person so let's move on.
Breakfast very light all the same. Several people complained about it elsewhere but will probably not leave a comment.

The TV connection indicated a signal too weak to get the desired channels so no TV...
Perfect location for us because we wanted to be quiet to have a good night but good with a poor quality sofa bed for 2 pre teen we ended up 3 in the kingsize bed which was fortunately perfect.
We will definitely make a new stay in this brand but certainly not this hotel and we will definitely pass the message

Chère Julie, comme expliqué en réception effectivement, vous avez réservé une chambre suite, qui peut accueillir 2 ou 3 enfants, et comporte donc 1 ou 2 sofa supplémentaire de manière aléatoire puisque nous possédons les 2 types. Sans précision à la réservation, nous ouvrons le minimum de sofa afin de respecter le travail des femmes de chambres et ne pas ouvrir en surnombre, surcharger de travail, et sortir du linge pour rien. Sur simple demande en réception cependant, mes collaborateurs auraient également pu vous ouvrir le deuxième sofa. Nous considérons que 2 enfants peuvent dormir dans le même lit, sauf sur demande contraire où nous ouvrons alors le deuxième sofa. Il est regrettable que vous n'ayez pas voulu entendre mon explication qui était pourtant simple et cohérente. Je prends cependant note des remarques concernant le petit déjeuner et la propreté de la chambre et en ferai part aux chefs de services concernés. Je vous souhaite une agréable journée,

Dirty sheet forgotten on the floor of the room by the housekeeper. Hair (dog?) on the carpet. Hot water just warm. No heating while it was 3°C in the morning and no extra blanket. We've been a little shivering.
I join the club accor and as such I am entitled to a welcome drink. That was forgotten.
Choice of breakfast items little more than in an ibis budget. No bread crumbs, no cold cuts except for a little dry white ham.
I slept in more comfortable ibis styles.

Very calm
Overall we had a very good stay. Quiet and very well isolated. The bedroom was spacious, the same for the bathroom. Very good bedding. The restaurant is excellent. Discreet and available staff (*). Large parking lot. Basic but effective breakfast buffet. Color of the hotel with Peps with various areas to relax. Terrace accessible by the restaurant even in the middle of November.
(*)However, I regret having found a box cutter under the bed (dangerous if a child is present) and having stained curtains in the room. I also regret seeing stained seats in the hall. Hence my assessment of "Very Good" without these inconveniences, we will have given it "Excellent".
