Excellent stay
The service was top-notch! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. And the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was presented beautifully, and they even went the extra mile by arranging special facilities for our babies, which was a huge plus. Siddharth and Abhijeet were incredibly sweet and made sure our kids had some fun with special toys.

Comfortable Stay
The behavior of the staff is very friendly and respectful. The in-house dining options are good. Clean rooms and good amenities overall. Highly recommended.
Gopal is the oldest staff and is very good. Anirban, Rahaman and Avijit are wonderful.

Good hotel with colonial feel.
The hotel is an oasis of calm amongst the madness of Kolkata. The building appears to be over 100 years old and the inside feels very colonial with a central wooden staircase. The room was a good size and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size and everything was clean and tidy. The restaurant served good food and the breakfast was adequate with choices available for all tastes ( although targeted at an Indian pallet). The best thing about the hotel, however, was the staff who were super attentive and polite. The Maidan and Victoria monument are a short walk from the hotel as is the metro station and numerous shops and restaurants.
One thing to bear in mind, although this is probably not under the control of the hotel, is that the taxi pick up from the airport arranged through the hotel was probably 5 times the usual price.
All in all a great hotel which I would recommend to other travellers.

Dining experience
A fulfilling dining experience with delicious food. Highly recommended. The kebabs were delicious along with the served chutneys. As for the main course, it was a delight. Everything was cookies to perfection. The dinner ended on a sweet note with the perfect deserts.

Beautiful
Very good service. Perfect. The waiters are very kind and always attentive. I highly recommend this hotel which I loved. Everything is very clean and the room is really nice. Special thanks avijit and to all the service who are always very helpful
