Nejlepší výhled v Neapoli
Byl to velmi nádherný pobyt. Hotel se nachází v Corso Vittorio Emanuele; v docházkové vzdálenosti do nejdůležitějších atrakcí města a do blízkosti veřejné dopravy.
Služba concierge byla úžasná: Marco a Vincenzo byli velmi milí a pomohli nám najít nejlepší místa k návštěvě a nejlepší pizzu a speciality k jídlu. Všichni zaměstnanci byli s námi velmi milí.
Nádherný a jedinečný výhled z horního patra. Neapolskou zátoku si můžete vychutnat shora, zatímco máte snídani nebo během nápoje před a po večeři v baru v hale nebo během večeře v restauraci George.
Nemohli jsme vyzkoušet hvězdnou restauraci Michelin, protože pro noci, kdy jsme tam byli, byla plná kniha.
Pěkné vybavení v pokojích, které byly velké a dobře vyčištěné.
Děkuji vám, že se určitě vrátíme.

Jednoduché Grand a luxusní
Parker si okamžitě uvědomí Old World Luxury. Hotel má krásný pocit starého stylu a moderního luxusu. Je poměrně malý, což z něj dělá ještě intimnější. Pokoje jsou pohodlné; snídaně bohatá a chutná a přichází s nádherným výhledem na Neapolský záliv.
Personál je velmi pozorný a ochotný.

Slušný pobyt v Neapoli
Historický hotel s pěkně zrekonstruovanými velmi pohodlnými pokoji. Terasa nabízí vynikající výhled na záliv Neapol a v horní střešní podlaze se podává snídaně Mt Vezuvo. Především personál a zejména všichni na recepci učinili náš pobyt naprosto snadným a zábavným. Nenechte si ujít večeři v jejich podpisové restauraci, ale nezapomeňte si rezervovat předem.

Přátelská recepce
Přátelský, vynikající a ochotný personál na recepci, ale bohužel je to velmi stará nemovitost v bohužel veselém Neapoli. . . dobré jídlo v neformální jídelně. Čisté a dobře jsme spali v pokoji s krásným výhledem na město a záliv. Jednalo se o jednodenní mezipřistání pro chytání letu z neapolského letiště.

My name is Antonio Maiorino and I’m the Hotel Manager of the oldest five stars hotel in town that has the honour to be named after George Bidder Parker III, the Grand Hotel Parker’s.
This great marine biologist, President of the Marine Biological Association, worked in Naples in 1887 at The Stazione Zoologica Antonio Dohrn, a research institute devoted to biology. He fell so much in love with Naples that decided to buy this hotel whose name will always be remembered.
This morning reading that Naples, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, with an enormous history and with its centre part of the World Heritage, had been considered by you as a 'yucky city' was a bitter pill to swallow.
Sir William Hamilton, who served has British Ambassador to the Kingdom of Naples from 1764 to 1800, loved Naples and in The Volcano Lover: A Romance by Susan Sontag, a novel about Sir Hamilton, she wrote:
“We are superior to them, say the northerners, clearly superior. We do not shirk our duties or tell lies as a matter of course, we work hard, we are punctual, we keep reliable accounts. But they have more fun than we do ... They caution[ed] themselves as people do who know they are part of a superior culture: we mustn't let ourselves go, mustn't descend to the level of the ... jungle, street, bush, bog, hills, outback (take your pick). For if you start dancing on tables, fanning yourself, feeling sleepy when you pick up a book, developing a sense of rhythm, making love whenever you feel like it -- then you know. The south has got you.”
I do not want to go through an enumeration of beauties or pros, neither I want to complain, I have never found a perfect city in my life and I challenge whoever to assert the contrary.
The only real thing is experience and one night stop-over is not enough. I never judge hearing through the grapevine so I want to invite you and your family to come back to Napoli and we will guide you through the beauties of this unique plaze

Ne očekávaná služba pro 5hvězdičkový hotel
Hotel není nekvalitní, navzdory malbě v oblasti bistra a koupelen, ale personál není dobře vyškolen pro pětihvězdičkový hotel a navíc pro uznání „malého luxusního hotelu“, s výjimkou Marco. Žádný ze tří zaměstnanců v přepážce nás nezeptal na naši spokojenost při pokladně a jednoho dne, když se končil čas na snídani, personál v restauraci jednoduše stáhl markýzu na terase, aby donutil hosty k běhu ze slunce.

Regarding the reported lack of professionalism of Grand Hotel Parker’s staff I am extraordinarily sorry we dismissed your expectations and, moreover, amazed because the front desk staff is our flagship and has always honored with elegance their duties.
The staff at the restaurant are in charge of the awning on the terrace, when the weather is windy, they have to retracted them.
