It is Residence not a Hotel
Location wise is out of no where, there is nothing close so basically you should have a car.
It is a residence so you should not expect same service as Hotel. for example the lobby closes at 19:00, no service is available after 19:00
Rooms are spacious and some of them have kitchenette, air conditioning. The TV wasn't working for me, no Iron was available in the room, however the personnel were very helpful and they took care about my shirts.
The breakfast was OK.
The rooms are on the back side of the building, so you had to walk to get to stairs and go to the rooms.
Rooms were fairly clean.
I would prefer other places to stay in Frascati, except if you have to for some reasons.
They provide shuttle to Rome airport for 65euro. either from airport or to airport.
WiFi is some rooms were OK and some places very weak.

We inform you that we are a Residence, and our reception is open in specific time, since our Guests have free access with their own keys to the Residence. We are located between Frascati and Tor Vergata, from here with the car you can easily reach to the Castelli Romani area and to the metro station of Anagnina, to get into the center of Rome. Furthermore we provide free inside parking if you get by car.
Generally we have incoming guests for business, since we are very close to Banca d’Itala, Tor Vergata University/Policlinico and all the main research centers as Enea.

Visita ai Castelli
Ottima accoglienza dal personale della reception e massima libertà di movimento.
Parcheggio custodito comodissimo.
Unica pecca la mancanza dell'ascensore.

Era un palazzo senza ascensore con una scala esterna a chiocciola dove ti uccidevi a salire i bagagli,per non parlare lo sporco di residui di spazzatura che c'era sulle scale esterne che dovevi fare per entrare nel corridoio delle stanze.consiglio a questa struttura di cambiare la ditta delle pulizie, perché se dovessi decidere di ritornare opterei senza dubbi di andare presso altre strutture.
L'unica nota positiva è stata la ragazza che sta alla reception, molto gentile e disponibile. Queste tipe di persone servono anche nelle pulizie motivate di svolgere il proprio lavoro.
Tanta delusione.
