Thank you.

We went to the pool the day before and stayed overnight afterwards.
The hotel is also a bit old, but the accommodation itself was comfortable without any problems.

There were so many different kinds of Vikings, it was delicious!
I would love to go there again!
It would be perfect if the room had a shower room.

I am satisfied with the service and food, but I would like the cleaning to be improved!

The hotel's information and service introductions were easy to understand, and the overall customer service was good.
The breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide variety of food and were delicious.
As there were many family guests, the dining areas and other areas in the hotel had a lively atmosphere. If you use the bath late at night, it's comfortable and almost exclusive.
The room was not very clean. There was food debris stuck inside the hotel information booklet. There was a medicine package lying under the TV stand.
Although the cleanliness could be improved, I was generally satisfied.
I have fond memories of my stay. Thank you very much.

Traditional Japanese Style Hotel inside Nagashima Resort

This is the one of the three hotels inside the Nagashima Resort. The price is cheaper when compared with the other two. However, I think it is excellent, but only if you can adapt the traditional Japanese style. Both breakfast and dinner are included, we love both. There is no beds, you need to sleep on the floor, an unique experience for those foreign traveler. It is particular good for kids as the whole family sleep on the floor, they are very happy. It is also close to all attractions inside the resort. The only thing I am not happy is the toilet is very small.

Better than expected

We didn't have a choice as it was the only out of the 3 hotels available at Nagashima Spaland and reading from reviews, wasn't expecting much. However, we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get to from Nagoya (Shin Nagoya) and to take the bus despite carrying a large overnight back pack for 2 adults and 2 kids for overnight. The highway bus stops at the Spaland entrance and a short distance/free-shuttle bus brings us easily to the hotel door step. Hotel room was expected, Japanese style but good size for the family. Clean and the service was relatively good. Do note that there wasn't wifi available. Dinner and Breakfast buffets were included and had good spread (we love jap food!). Staying at Spaland area was great because we had free entrance to the amusement park and flower garden! There is an entrance from the side of the hotel to the amusement park, so was convenient for the kids. We didn't mind going to the nearby Onsen (via free shuttle bus) for our baths, which was very much needed after a long day at the amusement park, shopping at Mitsui and at Nabana No Sato. Overall, enjoyable and would be considered suitable for family stay.
