After as far as the hotel is concerned, it is clean and comfortable, the rooms are tiny and the shower integrated with movable shutters to the toilet. Not great.

This is not a hotel but unfortunately just an expensive flophouse
I'll start with the positive. It was clean.
But now we want to describe the room in more detail. About 20m² in size, that might be OK, but the bed was just too small at 160cm wide. There was also only one mattress that tended to throw the person in the next bed out of it when you turned over. A blanket for 2 like you would find in France and Spain, but please not in Germany. Air-conditioned yes, but not with a temperature setting. So you couldn't set the air conditioning to 20 degrees. There was also no mini fridge.
The only thing there was a safe. There were also no glasses to put the toothbrushes in. The soap and shower gel dispensers were at the end of their lifespan. We took note of the small sign saying we don't clean your rooms. We didn't want cleaning either, but we did want the bed made and the towels changed. After visiting the "hotel bar" in the evening, we found our rooms in the same condition as we had left them. While our visit to the hotel bar on the first evening was somewhat conciliatory (mojito or caipirinha) you look in vain on the sober menu, the second evening was a disappointment beyond compare. The "professional" had absolutely no desire to do anything. There was also no ice in stock. So we only managed to get two beers poured. We recommend turning off the side bar lighting to save electricity, which is the main premise in the hotel - SAVING. First of all, on the staff. Let's come to breakfast, which at €16.50 should be decent. But here too, you have to save money. Coffee is very mild if you don't "enhance" it with an espresso. Scrambled egg mixture from a can that has never seen a pan, only the steamer. Inedible. Rolls were OK. The jam was OK too. Sausage and cheese as you would expect in hotels in the €80 category. Tables were not cleared during breakfast either, so there were plates with rubbish and empty plates on the rather small table. All in all, not worth €10. OK, Hamburg is an expensive place but almost €870 for 2 rooms and 2 nights is 50% too much for the service.

This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
The hotel will charge city tax which is subject to the actual room rate.
