An excellent, warmly family-run hotel
It's between fronds and cracks.
The S-Bahn stations Wedel with (P & R), Rissen as well as Blankenese can be reached quickly and easily by bus or car.
Hamburg is therefore quick and easy to reach.
The breakfast really good, qualitatively rich and was refilled again and again by itself.
Nothing was missing.
We had a really nice room, and what we heard and saw are all very nice, and homely furnished.
Whatever characterizes a hotel room, the mattresses and pillows are excellent.
How bedded one sleeps, that is what is taken care of here.
We slept really well!
The bathrooms are great and modern.
The railway was perceived somewhat but never disturbing at all.
Even our friends who had another room, agreed with us, were super satisfied.
Room service very friendly and attentive.
A real hotel team that stands together, and stands for True Hospitality. Here the guest should feel comfortable.
Time passed way too quickly, unfortunately, but one thing we can say, we felt at home.
We will come back, and look forward to our next visit with you.
Dear family cruisers and team, please keep your cheerfulness, your humor, your warmth, hospitality and love of work! You're Mega, and you've prepared us really nice days, and you haven't missed anything.
And the surprise for my wife's birthday was overwhelming and so sweet that we were missing the words.

Attractive hotel with nice staff
The beds were a bit too firm for us, but we also like to sleep soft.
Bathroom small but functional with enough storage areas.
Our room was facing the courtyard, so quiet(atrium - room).
Good transport links, bus stop 7 min. away.
We will definitely come back. By S-Bahn you can reach the landing bridges or the Alster in 30 minutes, walk to the S-Bahn r. 15 minutes.

If I only can suggest one improvement is to include hair shampoo in bathrooms.

Feel good
We felt comfortable. You can hear the street, but it's not bad. The train sometimes rumbles, but it doesn't bother us.
At breakfast you can also get fried eggs or omelettes if you want.
Everything comes with coffee and tea.
Staff are attentive and friendly, almost too friendly.
Parking lot is big enough.
