Skvělé místo!
Seděli jsme na pohovkách asi půl hodiny a využívali jsme bezplatné Wi-Fi, a právě když jsme přemýšleli, pojďme se na prohlídku podívat, protože stále máme 2 hodiny, přišla recepční a zjistila, že místnost je připravena pro nás, což jsem si myslel, že je skvělé, protože nás mohla nechat jen tak projít a čekat. Velmi čisté pokoje, lednice, rychlovarná konvice, čaj a káva. Také velmi velký pokoj (měli jsme soukromý pokoj, ale já jsem se dobře podíval na sdílené pokoje, protože tam byly dveře otevřené do malé terasy a vypadaly stejně čisté) Dobré umístění pro město. Skvělé malé místo vedle potravin a nápojů by se určitě vrátilo

If I have found the right booking I see you booked via Booking.com, when we set up the hostel on their platform the only option they give us is to tick the box which says shared bathroom. Our own website says shared facilities which I believe is a better description. And you are correct, this is not the first time this has happened, we have asked booking.com to change this before and the best they will do is say they will look into it. To date nothing has happened and after 4 years I have a feeling they are not to worried about it which is very frustrating from our perspective. I will be forwarding your review to them as more evidence they need to change the wording.
People that check out late do lose their key bonds, late check outs in the middle of peak season do create a lot of extra work for the housekeeping crew and you will find this is very common throughout NZ. I see we did write to you asking for the time you checked out but as yet you have not replied..(again assuming I have the correct booking) Quite simply if you can get back to me (phil@allstarsinn.com) I am happy to review the cameras and if proven that you checked out on time then I will happily refund your $20. Also happy to send you a copy of the invoice, please again just send the request to the 'phil' email and I will get that to you. Hope to hear from you soon,

Please inform The Bealey Quarter of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a security bond will be pre-authorized on your card upon check in. The Bealey is open from 07:00 for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and guests will receive a 10% discount by showing their room key. We have limited parking available during peak times and weekends. Please note that off-street parking is available on a first come first serve basis and our bar may also be busy. There is plenty of additional free street parking also. We have over 50 free spaces on-site, but please note during busy periods we can not guarantee your free parking space.
