Comfort, security and location

Well located hotel, safe, comfortable and with good breakfast. The hot water worked out of 10 and, they gave me a warmer that was a solution for the cold, allowed me to sleep pleasantly. The service was good, although I had to stay one more night and for the same price they changed my room to one without views, I do not complain but I would have liked to stay in the original. The views are not the best, but the comfort is worth it.

Nice option in Aguas Calientes

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It is in the town center, yet removed from the main street and we didn't hear the noise. The staff was professional and welcoming. Very accommodating. We were even met at a train station.
Our room was smallish but comfortable. The bathroom was adequately stacked. They brought us breakfast to the room very early since our entrance ticket to MP was for 6:00 AM. This is by no means a luxurious resort but the ratio of what you get vs the price is very high.

Won't come back

It wasn't me who chose it, it was the agency. I would have found another better person if I had hired him directly. You can see from the reviews that the business is not so good. Even spending only one night, I can't help but record the bad things: small bed, poor room temperature. It's cold, all right. But we have to keep the windows closed, because of the mosquitoes and the noise of the trains. That's hot. What's left? A wall fan, with cord drive. Hehe. Besides what is the last hotel of the “train corridor”. Reasonable breakfast. I would not go again.

Boa tarde queridos, pelo que foi dito podemos indicar que a avaliação é para nossa outra sede. Nós da Ferre Boulevard não temos quartos com ventiladores instalados e estamos distantes dos trilhos do trem, as camas dos quartos são queen size, finalmente para o frio temos aquecedores em cada quarto.

The hotel is ideally situated near a variety of dining establishments and retail establishments. The personnel were excellent. I do want to point out that bathroom upgrades would be beneficial. All things considered, it was an amazing experience, and I strongly recommend the Hotel Ferre.

My worst hotel experience

Our small group was to stay one night at Hotel Ferrer in Aguas Caliente. The first room 305 had a huge amount of dirt and sand on the bathroom floor. I called to ask for a clean room - 303. This new room was not at all the cleanest. I found hair on the bed sheets and on the floor and the bathroom was equally dirty. Hotels are expensive in Aguas Caliente and the moderate hotels are usually in high demand - no matter the condition.

We regret the problems you had with your room, according to our records, we gave you 2 spacious rooms with a view of the mountains and an internal room with which the incident occurred. We made the change for your convenience, and we were not informed of any additional incidents afterwards. It is also worth noting that we were not informed of any problems with the other rooms or with respect to any other hotel service. We hope that your stay in Cusco in general was to your liking.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. If the foreign travelers would like to bill in the name of the company, the respective charge of 18% of the IVA will be made.
