Lucky hotel not for dog owners & electric car drivers
Negatives:
-> At Ceck- in /Reception we were told nothing else except a welcome drink regarding hotel (sauna, restaurant, ski passes,...) it was only asked in which room the dog is...?- in this was nothing prepared for our dog, no water bowl...nothing! Since we always take everything ourselves anyway - no problem.
->On the wish to pick up a bread with spread or similar for our daughter, who had to leave at 7:30 as a ski instructor, about 7:20- breakfast start (7:30), the reception answered a “no that can’t be done”- after the suggestion, I immediately said YES - super- thank you (but it still took until that worked, because the receptionist had already forgotten about this)
The next morning at 7:20, only a brief “No, there is no packed lunch prepared” could be heard from an uncharming restaurant employee.
However, my daughter was able to take an alarm clock (bread) from the already quite ready prepared buffet.
-> restaurant area with dog - uncharming but no problem,
Problem was the cooling air conditioning, as in the plane only more fan- icy cold! No alternative was offered to us. In the restaurant there are many small separated areas, it would have been no problem at all for dog owners to offer one of these front areas.
Unfortunately we had to leave our dog in the room because we also wanted to avoid a cold.
-> E charging stadium place was the 4days constantly occupied- not only by E cars!
- had to refuel elsewhere
Reception wasn't able to find out these owners of the cars- what else can you say...
->Reception team briefly described:
lethargic, inattentive, non-customer-oriented, completely inflexible, disinterested,...
Pros:
->the restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, fast ,
Kitchen good and flexible for our two vegans and allergy sufferers
(except for disaster in the dog area)
->Suites very nice
-> Sauna everything you need
-> Massages mediocre

Never seen such a bad house
At the cheese buffet green, thick flies, on hint came only shoulder twitch! At the breakfast buffet a child accidentally spilled juice- I as an uninvolved guest eliminated it on the floor! .....Just grotto bad!!

Once and never again
Natural swimming pond is small and dirty, indoor pool also very small and crowded with raging children,.....never again!!
