First, the room had a foul smell coming from the toilet that was unbearable. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to address the issue. To make matters worse, there was no hot water throughout my stay, making it impossible to take a proper shower.
The service was abysmal. The staff were unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. They not only failed to resolve my issues but also lied to the Trip.com agent when I raised a complaint. Instead of taking responsibility or offering solutions, they tried to cover up their incompetence.
The bed in my room was filthy, with visibly stained sheets and an overall unclean feel. I tried to overlook it initially, but after 6 hours stay, I woke up with a rash all over my skin. It was clear that the bedding was not properly cleaned or sanitized.
When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they barely acknowledged the issue and offered no meaningful solution. I ended up cutting my stay short and leaving, as I didn’t feel safe or comfortable sleeping there another night.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. Save your money and avoid the frustration—stay somewhere else!
