Není to tak skvělý hotel !!!
Pronajali jsme si byt, kamna nefungovala, dostupné nádobí bylo omezené a nebylo to opravdu použitelné, takže jsme nakonec museli jíst přes náš pobyt.
Postele nebyly vůbec pohodlné. Náš pobyt jsme opravdu neocenili.

We are sorry that you have not fully enjoyed the hotel.
You visited us in August, which is the month of the year with more tourists in the hotels. That is why it is a time that is very busy.
On the soundproofing of the rooms, we are in the process of improving and changing the aluminum windows of the rooms. We hope that this measure improves the problem.
As I said before, August is the month of the year with the highest number of customers, but still we have not had problems with sunbeds or massification in the pool.
On the subject of the mini kitchen, it is prepared for cooking, since it has its oven. In addition, its utensils are complete and adequate to the number of people who occupy the apartment. I do not understand that the oven did not work. Normally ovens do not give problems, but if so, our maintenance team quickly repairs or changes it for a new one, if you report to reception
On the beds, I would like to tell you that although they are relatively new, we can provide you with toppers to put on them upon request.
I repeat that we are very sorry that your stay was not to your liking.
I hope you give us another chance in the future.

Excellent accommodation spoilt by noise
First the good points, the building is centrally located, very clean and well maintained. The pool is excellent, with plenty of sun beds and a lifeguard on duty. The apartment was a good size and well equipped
Now the not so good, whilst the PYR itself is excellent unfortunately there are a lot of bars, nightclubs and gentlemen’s clubs very close to the PYR
The volume of the music, starting around midnight until between 5.30-6.30am, from these venues is extreme, so we found sleep impossible on Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings. It was so bad we paid to stay in a different hotel for 3 nights to get some sleep
We would not stay here again purely for this reason

Very poor experience
The positives, which are few ;
The Cleaning staff , The Maintenance staff and one of the Managers , Anna May who was very understanding and customer friendly. Location, close to bus & train station.
The Negatives ;
On arrival, we paid for a room upgrade for the duration of our stay .We were given room 236 , which overlooks a couple of strip clubs. The shutters don't come down until 5am and the noise and aggressive behaviour ensured we got no sleep on our first night. We looked for an immediate change of room.
We moved to the 9th floor same side (slightly less noise) , to a room that turned out to be like a Sauna and we couldn't control the heat We were give electric fans , this didn't work. On the move again.
We then moved to the other side of the Hotel to a Stuio Apartment. ( upgraded) - this was fine for a while until a bad smell ( drain) started filtering through the while Apartment , it stayed here 'til we left. Reception thought workmen may have been the cause if it , as almost half of the Apartments are privately owned.
Self catering facilities are poor and hidden behind a curtain. The smell in the room ensured we did not make full use of the self catering facilities.
Finally , Customer Service would need to be worked on , after all we are paying customers - Guests.
