A lovely, relaxing holiday
We (family including 2 children 8 and 10) stayed here for 10 days at the beginning of April. We made the decision to go Royal Level and did not regret it. We were in the side of the hotel nearest the sea.
Our room (1524) was spacious with everything we needed including a view overlooking the pool and sea (our view was pretty much as the main picture shows). There was a mini fridge, table and chairs, sofa bed, huge super king bed, dressing area, a decent sized TV and balcony with comfy seats. The room was cleaned everyday and there were no issues at all. The balcony got sun late morning to late afternoon.
Food was standard all inclusive - a good variety, warm but not hot. There were always plenty of tables available. Royal level also gives access to the Asana restaurant - this had a smaller selection of dishes but seemed higher quality and the environment was more like a restaurant. We had 2 vouchers for the al carte restaurants and we tried both the Italian and Koi (Asian) - they were a pleasant change.
We tended to stick to the Royal Level pool - it was very warm (the best heated pool we have come across) with plenty of loungers including bali bed type and day beds. The heated pool was a critical feature for us as the children don't swim if it is too cold - it was brilliant that you could actually feel the heat unlike some heated pools. The Olympic pool was a wonderful bonus. The Royal level pool bar had a great selection of drinks and snacks.
Drinks on royal level include premium brands - the cocktails were good if not a bit too strong!
We didn't participate in the daytime entertainment so can't comment on that (heard good things about e.g. yoga sessions though).
Evening entertainment is not really our thing either, but we caught an acrobatics act that the children really enjoyed. The lounge / lobby suffers from a lack of atmosphere, but this wasn't an issue for us. Again, royal level has its own lounge but we never used it.
Staff we encountered were all pleasant, but as we had no issues, interaction was limited.
A bottle of cava in the room for a birthday was a nice touch.
The location suited us as we hired a car. Parking could always be found - if not in the car park then on the road outside. There is a bus stop and taxi rank directly outside the hotel as well as a small supermarket and a souvenier shop. Direct access to the 'beach' was a bonus - this is rocky with little to no sand, but the children enjoyed clambering around on the rocks.
Overall, a lovely relaxing holiday with plenty to do if you want activities.

My už se sem nevrátíme
Do tohoto hotelu jsme byli cestovkou přemístěni. Hotel, který jsme si původně cca 3/4 roku předem zarezervovali nám rezervaci zrušil, prý byl plný. Cestovka nám řekla, že tento hotel je mnohem lepší a že má také písečnou pláž akorát s horším přístupem. Písečná pláž nebyla, byly pouze šutry, pro děti nevhodné, kluzké. Vnitřní hřiště (Mini club) byl během našeho pobytu jen dvakrát otevřený, ani během písečné bouře nebyl k dispozici. Venkovní hřiště bylo jen pro starší děti, potřebovalo by údržbu, děti měly třísky. Pro malé děti (1-4) nebylo žádné hřiště. Bazén, o kterém nám bylo řečeno, že je vyhřívaný, vyhřívaný nebyl, byl klimatizovaný. Měl max. 23° a do toho nám 2-leté dítě nevlezlo. Dětské bazény měly 18-19° pro děti tedy také nevhodné. Restaurace nemá žádné dětské menu. Jídla byla vesměs stejná. Pokud sem i přesto někdo pojede, určitě si zaplaťte All inclusive plus, aby jste měli veškeré nápoje zdarma, jelikož u All inclusive jsou jen některé nealko i alko zdarma, jinak se vše platí.

Perfect resort
Very nice resort, friendly staff, great facilities , food was excellent with plenty of choice also very good for my wife who is vegetarian . Daytime and evening activities were very good . Overall a nice relaxing 5 days to unwind and chill out . Will definitely return to this hotel if I go back to lanzarote .

Family room terrible bed
Staying here now in room 4107.
Do not get a suite with a sofa bed.
Horrendously uncomfortable.
Metal bits sticking out. Gaps all around not even built properly.
Thin mattress, can feel every bar underneath.
Staff aren't willing to do anything.
When booking the website shows bunk beds which are ideal with a 10 and 4 year old.
Supposedly those rooms aren't available.
The handle on the door to the bedroom is broken.
The patio door has come off of its runner so doesn't work without excessive force.
Shampoo bottle broken.
Built in usb slots dont work
Very dated overall.
Pool bar staff incredibly rude. Literally threw a burger at me earlier. Doesn't even look at you when she asks what you want and treats you like you're an inconvenience.
All inclusive worth it but only just. If I had known that it was going to be the same everyday with an effortless attempt to replicate a random cuisine I would definitely have gone room only and eaten out somewhere. Not sure where though, the hotel is very remote.
The pool and restaurant areas are very nice
Would definitely not recommend.
