The most amazing experience at Barcelo Al Jaddaf
The hotel reception was immaculate, bedroom was top class, with the comfiest of beds.
Overall, the most impressive factor during our whole stay was the service from all staff. They were always smiling, courteous, and just could not do enough for us.
Faith and Romaissa in reception were excellent, whilst Choudhri and Usman were always happy to help whenever they could. We loved the doormen. Andrew and Darmani ( apologies if I spelt that incorrectly), whilst Khalid's attention to detail and overall pleasnt demeanour was brilliant. I do feel that Cristina, the Guest experience manager was purely amazing, friendly and was wonderful in her role.
I am a Managing Director of a UK medical Company and really identify the importance of service.
The management and owners of this hotel should be very proud of their hotel and their wonderful staff.
My wife and I will definitely be staying with you again, without any hesitation.
Thank you for making our memories of Dubai so sweet and happy.
