The hotel was comfortable and it was chosen because of proximity to entertainment venues and Penn Station. Disappointing that housekeeping came every other day. I had to ask at the front desk twice for clean towels. The waste baskets are very small and fill up fast to be left for two days. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good as was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24 hours.

Beautiful.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Manhattan-Madison Square Garden Area and the experience was exceptional. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short walk from Madison Square Garden and a short distance from Times Square, making it easy to access New York’s top attractions. The surrounding area is safe and offers numerous options for restaurants and shops.
The rooms were clean and well appointed, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a busy day in the city. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing helpful advice on local attractions and making sure our stay was enjoyable.
If possible I would like to know the name of the school present in February 2025 on their jackets were the initials PVA

Would definitely return!

The room was small but comfortable. Room temp easy to control. Accessible bathroom and roll in shower were great, with enough grab bars. Bathroom is small with limited room to rotate wheelchair, but doable.
The complimentary breakfast was great with lots of tasty options.

Location and Value for your $$

I am really please we chose this hotel.This was our experience as two adults and two teens. Front desk staff were so polite. I recieved several texts during our stay making sure everything was good. The lobby is small (but if that is important to you-feel free to pay more somewhere else). First thing that comes to mind is LOCATION- minutes walk to PENN Station, Madison Sq Gardens, Macys, lots of small restaurants of every type around, subway stops are close. Breakfast was nice, and they rotated items thru our stay, such as olmelets, or scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, french toast, yogurts, fruit, breads, waffles, cereals, etc.. The beds were comfy, super clean and nice big pillows. Housekeeping was every other day, but if you need something they will send it up. There is a small closet for hanging coats and such. We had 4 roll on bags, and had enough space, open bag as needed and closing when not needed. If you are the type that uses lots of luggage and do not close the bag during the day, you will be challenged for floor space. There is a small desk and chair with coffee maker. We had a room on 14th floor facing the street. There were no noise problems. But you can request side or back rooms. Our heat/AC worked fine and we adjusted as needed. Bathrooms are very clean, modern, fair sized, and basic. They have shampoo, lotion, conditioner. Plenty of towels were provided. New York hotels are expensive,and you can spend more for lots of fancy amenities at other hotels- this was a great value, and what we saved we spent on doing activities.
