Not only was the room sub par (cobwebs on lamps, lamps with blown out bulbs, no place to hang wet towels, etc), but in the early hours of the morning, a drunk guest was screaming threats at his wife or girlfriend at the top of his lungs! Tried calling the front desk but no answer, thankfully the cops showed up.
The next morning told the front desk what happened and they acted all surprised that the cops were here. When I asked if they had anyone on site at that time, first they said no, then said they was here (yet he didn't pick up the phone?). We asked for a refund, but they said no, but they would "see what they could do" on our next visit. As if we would ever stay there again.
