Not to Hilton or Home2 suites standards. Roadside motel for 39.95 a night standards.
-Upon arrival the floors and table were sticky and not cleaned and we did not have but 1/4 roll of TP. Escalated to front desk for cleaning on day 2.
- Day 2 cleaning did’t happed so we escalated again for cleaning and towel and Kleenex replenishment at this time. We also asked for cleaning supplies so we could clean after ourselves and we were denied any cleaning supplies. When we returned at night on day 2, they had been on the room to drop off Kleenex, TP and towels but did not mop, remove trash.
-day 3 the sticker on the bathroom mirror said cleaning services would happen every other day so we left the facility and removed the do not disturb sign anticipating services highlighted on sign would be completed which included new bedding. When we returned, no services were completed. We removed the do not disturb sign daily by 1030 am and never had service.
-All guests were complaining about the hallways and elevators not having AC turned on.
-the couch in our room was soiled and unclean
-we did not have the amenities standard to home2 suites such as hand soap the the bathroom and conditioner
-pink mildew in the shower I had to clean upon arrival
-the comforter was more of a bed skirt and had tears and holes in it.
The list goes on and if we have not had great experiences at Home2 suites in Florida and GA, we would not ever stay at a Hilton property if this is the standard.
