Disappointing

so to start off this is not my first time booking at this hotel however I was more disappointed in my most recent stay than anything. When I first checked in the young lady at the desk was very nice and friendly as I had a suite close to the lobby which was no big deal it was a nice room with hardwood flooring however the set up in the room I didn’t quite like all of the furniture and tables where inside the bedroom I also had no television inside of the living room area and when I proceed back to the front desk to explain that I was told that I would have to wait for maintenance to see if there was another television available if not I would have to wait until the morning and that there weren’t any more suites available (I booked an executive suite) had me really upset and disappointed but I brushed it off I proceeded to unpack and realize that it kept getting hotter in the room while both ac units were on one of them didn’t work so I told my issues again to the front desk I feel their attitudes was changing because i kept coming back they then proceeded to tell me “come get another set of keycards you’ll move to another suite” in my head im thinking i was just told there weren’t anymore suites. I feel as if they didn’t want to change my room so I said ok I’ll be right down I grabbed the next set of key cards and realized the suite I was in was the same exact room I had when I was just there in June (room 149) which was no biggie knowing it’s a nice room what I didn’t expect after I moved all of my stuff from one room to another was uninvited guest as I go into the bathroom to shower I was greeted by a roach I took pictures just so they can see and when i proceeded to the desk I was basically told their was nothing they can do and I can’t basically move to another room because once again I got told no more rooms where available..at this point im on edge I have all of my stuff sitting in a little corner cause I didn’t want to bring any guest home..this all happened Friday the day of my check in i booked 2 nights didn’t check out until Sunday ..whilst I continue to stay but could rarely get comfortable when I got up Saturday morning I was greeted by another guest and oh man oh man it was bigger then the last at this point i was hurt and disappointed that the room I was just in last month was such a nice room and I was comfortable had now been a mini nightmare I went to the front desk with more pictures and the guy and girl that was there basically told me that it was nothing they can do and that they will just add it into the note section of my stay and it wasn’t any rooms available still to get changed …mind you I check out Sunday meaning I still had a night to stay ..I asked well can I at least get my room cleaned ? The man I believe was then manager said sure and had told housekeeping to come to my room it took her 15 minutes from when I was at the front desk to come and didn’t knock or anything just busted in my room and all I got was “OOPS sorry” like what happen to knocking? She proceeded to re make my bed with new sheets and pillow cases with a lot of force like anger throwing pillows on the floor and ripping the comforter off the bed just to change the sheets ..I then asked I also wanted my floor vacuum from moving with a room with hard wood flooring to carpet now of course it’ll be little small pieces of trash ..I don’t know about anyone else but me personally if I’m staying at a hotel for more than a night I like to keep a clean room for a nice stay ..she then smacked her lips when I asked for it to be vacuumed and after forcibly changing my sheets she grabbed the vacuum and vacuumed with anger and force as if she didn’t want to…all in all with this always being a hotel I use to recommend to people and I always loved coming to I’m highly disappointed that I now have to find another hotel to go to for when I want a mini weekend getaway as well my issues wasn’t resolved and I got told it was nothing they can do .

Hotel overall was in poor condition. None of the doors to access hotel were secured so anyone can walk in. Paintbuckets stacked in main floor.
The room smelled of funk. Like some good bleaching cleaning and Deodorizer is necessary. Room remote did not work so had to walk all the way to other side of hotel for replacement.
Would never stay here again.

It was okay. Rooms wasn’t the cleanest. They wasn’t filthy but they wasn’t spotless either.. breakfast was okay. I couldn’t enjoy because it wasn’t too many none pork options. When I checked my staff was friendly but the morning staff was just ok

Front Desk Staff were amazing! but not so great the rooms. You can hear people from the hallway screaming, talking kids running around playing in the hallways. You can hear it from your room & it was not pleasing at all. Also, no elevators either. I had to make 3 trips from my car to my room & it was exhausting already going up & down the stairs. People were smoking by their windows, and you can smell it from your room.

This place was a nightmare.. from the minute I checked in. Place smelled
So bad. The guy at the desk was not friendly what so ever. The place is like a construction zone. The room was gross and hallways smelled like weed. In general it felt sketchy and not a safe place. After about an hour of laughing at how horrible it was we left & We didn’t even stay.
Room was non refundable so that sucks but would nvr recommend this place to anyone
I’m sure it’s filled with bed bugs and who knows what else
