Skvělé znovu ...
Zvláštní uznání týmu Carpe Diem, Tin, May a Joe za skvělou práci s dětmi. Tito kluci opravdu tvrdě pracují, aby pobavili mladé cestovatele a opravdu vytvořili skvělý vztah se všemi. Výborně Carpe Diem. . .

Skvělý pobyt
Jediné, co mě trápilo, je to, že jsem členem věrnostního klubu Centara, ale zaměstnanci si samozřejmě nejsou vědomi věcí, které program spolupracují. Měli bychom každý den získávat čerstvé ovoce, protože jsme na úrovni zlata, ale žádné jsme neviděli.
Ale přesto, skvělý hotel, v blízkosti jsou dobré restaurace a pláž.

Worst Service, Worst Hotel we have stayed at
If they did respond to emails very delayed particularly when booking the hotel and confirming things like hotel transfers.
Basic amenities including toilet paper and toothbrush were not replenished. Came home after a long day on 2 occasions, no clean towels, rooms were not made daily despite pressing the 'make my room' or toilet paper replenished. Key fob stopped working on many occasions, including the lifts, double charged for airport transfers, mini bar was not refreshed daily despite being a part of the package and kids meals were charged despite having the 'kids stay play and eat free' package. The apologetic 'wine' they provided was served to minors, they gym is tiny despite having a large number of rooms.
Layout of rooms is reasonable however the toilet has a half glass door meaning the rooms smells your business. Pillows are good however bed is rock hard.
Bistro Bar food was reasonable however be prepared to wait an hour drinks and an hour and a half for food.
Despite the above location is perfect, next to all shops and a short 2 min walk to the beach. Can grab taxi, tuktuk, scooter straight out of the hotel. In general hotel is reasonably clean but definitely a bad experience for us and still chasing emails a week later regarding refunds.... They are very slow to respond.
