Nejlepší hotel
Milovaní pobytu zde na 3 noci, pěkný a teplý bazén, využíváte ručníky z vašeho pokoje k plavání a poté vám poskytnou čerstvé ručníky. Pokoje pěkné a velké jeden dvoulůžkový a dva jednolůžkové. Koupelny pěkné velikosti, ručníky, šampon a sprchový gel. Také mýdlo, bylo to trochu slizké jako trochu mastné, takže se mýdlo nelíbilo. Extra polštáře ve skříni. Měli jsme problém s tím, že se dveře našeho pokoje nezablokovaly zevnitř, promluvili jsme s údržbářem, se kterým to za pár minut vyřešil. Přátelský personál na recepci a snídani. Výběr snídaně dobrá, pěkná a teplá. Byl trochu zklamaný, když se po dvou dnech nemusela objednat snídaně z menu, ale poslední den byl bufet zapnutý. Mám rád bufet, bylo to hezké. Pokoje jsou připraveny každý den, uklizené postele doplňují toaletní potřeby, čaj, kávu a cukr ve vašem pokoji, s malou konvicí. Vysoušeč vlasů v šuplíku, pěkná velká TV, pěkná velká okna. Dobrý výhled na moře. Dobré procházky, kousek od města pěšky. Parkovací povolení je 1 na celý den. Zeptejte se na recepci. Nedělejte na strojích.

I'm delighted to read you enjoyed your stay with us in our family room, this is the only room we have set up like this and is very big and spacious even with a double and two single beds in it and of course like all other family rooms it is a seaview which is a great feature in my opinion.
I'm glad you found our breakfast to your liking, during quieter days we usually offer cooked breakfast on A la Carte base just too make sure that the quality of the items is always good and hot, when busier we do indeed offer a buffet option for most hot items but we still keep the A la Carte menu available for any other item not on display.
Thank you also for the kind words to the Team which you found always friendly and I'm glad that one member or our Maintenance Team was able to solve the door problem quickly.
The Team and I all look forward on welcoming you again in the near future.

Skvělá víkendová přestávka
Rozhodli jsme se strávit víkendovou víkendovou dovolenou u moře a rozhodli jsme se o Eastbourne. Při pohledu nahoru jsme viděli tento hotel a rozhodli jsme se, že je vhodný pro naše potřeby. Poté, co jsme strávili několik hodin v Hastingsu, zkontrolovali jsme náš hotel kolem 15:00. Náš původní názor byl, že jeho umístění bylo vynikající, recepce, foyer a restaurace vypadaly velmi reprezentativně, ale krém na dortu byl parkovacím překvapením. Po zaparkování venku za placenou a výstavní plochu nabídl Hotel speciální parkovací lístek pro 1, který umožnil parkování na promenádní silnici do 11:00 následujícího dne! Když jsme se přihlásili do našeho pokoje (velký rodinný pokoj s výhledem na moře), byli jsme velmi potěšeni. Pohodlné zařízení na výrobu postelí, kávy a čaje, čisté, krásné ručníky a koupelna. Když jsme upustili naše tašky, vydali jsme se prozkoumat Eastbourne. Po návratu jsem si zaplaval a byl jsem opět velmi potěšen. Komentáře, které jsem četl si stěžoval na žádnou saunu nebo vířivku, ale zjistil jsem, že jsem zjistil, že bazén je velmi příjemný při teplotě 27 stupňů. Dalo by se plavat nebo prostě sedět
Na kroky, jako by v horké vaně. Našli jsme restauraci vynikající s vynikající jídlo a služby, takže žádné stížnosti zde. Po vynikajícím spánku jsme si naši snídani nechali v restauraci a opět nejsme zklamáni. Vynikající výběr, bufetový styl a opět žádné stížnosti. Celkově vzato jsme byli s tímto servisem a cenou za peníze v tomto hotelu tak spokojeni, nebudeme mít žádné váhání zůstat tady znovu.

Celkově vzato jsme byli s tímto servisem a cenou za peníze v tomto hotelu tak spokojeni, nebudeme mít žádné váhání zůstat tady znovu.

Pěkný hotel s výhledem na moře
Zůstal tři noci v únoru. Naše pokoje byly dobré s výhledem na moře. Bazén byl teplý a dobrý pro dospělé i malé dítě. Jídlo bylo příjemné a personál ochotný a vstřícný. Snadná chůze od vlakového nádraží a centra města.

Vynikající celkový zážitek, skvělá lokalita (nábřeží). Snadné parkování na nábřeží s povolením od hotelu. Pokoj s výhledem na moře byl fantastický. Velikost porce jídla (ryby a hranolky) v oblasti baru byla zklamáním.

Dobrá hodnota peněz
Zdvořilý personál, výhodná poloha, dobré jídlo a rozmanitost nápojů, v případě potřeby bazén, z mé zkušenosti některé pokoje lepší než jiné, nebojte se požádat o upgrade, často funguje! Celkově pěkný hotel
